1. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions: Where returns are accepted:
● Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
● Original tags and packaging must be intact
● Proof of purchase is required
● Eligible for return or exchange within 14  days of delivery.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including:
● Incorrect size selection
● Colour preference
● No longer wanted
unless stated otherwise or required under ACL.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
● We recommend using a trackable shipping method
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
For an item is:
● Faulty
● Damaged
● Not as described
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under ACL.
